Yes. Most of the classes are for Realtors Nationwide. You can verify in the course title which courses are for Realtors Nationwide. We use RPR - Realtors Property Resource as the software for most of our classes. Realtors Nationwide have access to RPR at no additional cost.

Are Florida real estate licensees required to pay the higher CE credit cost?
No. Florida licensees can choose to pay for the CE or lower cost No CE option for the course. It is completely up to you. Of course, if you choose the No CE option, you will not receive CE credits. Either option, the content is exactly the same.

Are the CE and No CE option for the course the same course?
Yes. Whether you choose the CE or No CE option, the course itself is absolutely the same course. Licensees in Florida or Nationwide will receive the same exact content.
